Our Board

Ekaterina
Founder and CEO
Since 2010, I have taught finance at leading UK universities such as City University, Queen Mary University, Westminster University, Roehampton University, and briefly at LBS. I also have a PhD in Finance. I have won grants from leading UK institutions such as the British Accounting and Finance Association to improve my students’ financial skills.
Improving financial skills by building on academic research in Financial Wellbeing is my passion. I was very lucky to find a like-minded group of people and students, and together, we are building FAWB. Our strategy is to turn FAWB into a Social Enterprise to benefit the community and generate profit to support a project and bring the best content to our followers.

Fernanda
Director. Engagement
As a Director, I combine academic excellence with practical expertise. With a BSc in Business Management and Economics (First-Class Honours) and an ongoing MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance at the London School of Economics (LSE), I integrate theory into action. My Bloomberg Financial Market Concepts certification complements hands-on experience in property management. I’m fortunate to be part of FAWB and have an amazing team. Together, we’re driving positive change and empowering communities.
